This website connects customers with bike shops in Ticino. Sales, rentals and warranties are contracts between the customer and the shop.
Responsible for the website
The details of the responsible person — name, address and email — are given in the Italian imprint, which is the authoritative version.
The site is run privately: it is not a company and has no commercial register entry or VAT number.
What this website does
It shows the listings uploaded by partner shops — workshop-checked used bikes, end-of-line new models and rental bikes — and lets you book an appointment. Nothing is paid online.
Who answers for sales, rentals and warranty
The shop, always. The sale, the rental, the workshop check, the warranty, repairs and handover are contracts between you and the shop holding the bike.
If a shop does not honour what its listing says, tell us: we can correct the listing or take it down.
Content, photos and trademarks
Specifications, prices and availability come from the shops and may change; what you find in the shop prevails. Photos are uploaded by the shops, which declare they hold the rights to them. Brand and model names belong to their respective manufacturers.
